I have retired from carrying out diagnostic assessments but I still offer tuition and assessments for access arrangements in schools.

My name is Karole Lewis, and I am a qualified teacher with 38 years experience in the classroom. I have taught children aged 9 to 18 years, with a range of abilities and in a variety of schools. My subjects were Psychology at A-level, Biology and Chemistry GCSE, middle school Maths and Science.

I am a member of Patoss – the Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties. I am also in the Dyslexia Guild. My work is always of the highest standard, as recognised by numerous awards for my teaching. I aim to make assessment or tuition as comfortable as possible by showing friendliness, warmth, patience and understanding.

For you

If you wish to book tuition, we will discuss your needs on the phone and then we can plan sessions. I would usually tutor an individual for one hour per week, but I am flexible if you have a different requirement.
